140 Johnson Ave – Residential Renovation
A tenant-in-place renovation of 23 residential units within a four-story building in Brooklyn, NY. This project focused on enhancing energy efficiency with the installation of high-efficiency lighting throughout apartments and common areas. Additional work included upgrading interior finishes, public spaces, and exterior improvements—all completed without displacing residents.
Funded through the HPD program, this renovation balanced modernization with tenant comfort, delivering a fully upgraded living environment on time and within budget.
